You can enjoy the gorgeous and fruity flavor of Ethiopian coffee to the fullest. It is made in its best flavor as is, but can also be served with milk if desired.
It is recommended as a summer gift or souvenir.

We aimed to create a coffee jelly that can only be made by a specialty coffee shop that allows you to enjoy the flavor of coffee, rather than the traditional bitterness.

The taste of the jelly is largely determined by the taste of the coffee. We selected our ingredients based on the idea that using high-quality specialty coffee will make the coffee jelly taste even better.
REC COFFEE's popular Ethiopian coffee is made with 100% Ethiopian coffee to directly express its unique, vibrant, and fruity flavor.
Extracted slowly and carefully using cold water.
We chose to brew the coffee jelly using cold water to make it flavorful rather than bitter. Coffee brewed slowly at low temperatures has less bitterness and impurities, and when made into coffee jelly, you can feel the flavor, refreshing taste, and clarity.
First, leave it as it is.
First, try it as is. The concentration and sugar content have been adjusted to allow you to fully enjoy the flavor of the specialty coffee. You can enjoy the fruity taste reminiscent of berries, the refreshing feeling of the jelly, and the slight sweetness.
Change the flavor with milk.
If you want to change up the flavor, we recommend combining it with milk, like a cafe latte, instead of fresh cream.
If you add milk to crushed jelly in a 1:1 ratio and mix lightly, you can enjoy a different kind of delicious jelly drink.
