World-class barista technique is at the origin of REC’s beginnings. There is no mistake in saying espresso technique is the foundation of our delicious coffee at REC. But our baristas do not stop there. They master not only espresso but hand-drip brewing techniques as well. Unbound by the industry’s standard definition of barista=espresso, they believe in the infinite possibilities of coffee and continue to sharpen their skills. For REC's baristas, reaching a goal is not the end.
