01 Preparation
Prepare 15g of coffee beans and grind them. The grind size when using an AeroPress is as fine as the one shown in the photo. Please note that grind sizes may vary depending on the grinder, so please use this as a reference.
Prepare hot water. The extraction temperature is 92°C. If you transfer boiling water to another kettle or pot, the temperature will be about 92°C. Prepare about twice the amount of hot water you will be pouring.

02 Set
Before adding the powder to the plunger, place the filter in the cap and run hot water through it.
Place the powder into the plunger.

03 Hot water
Pour in 90g of hot water and immediately stir with a spoon 10 times.

04 Extraction preparation
Put the cap back on, turn the device upside down and place it in the server.
(1 minute 50 seconds so far)

05 Press
Press the plunger straight down for 20 seconds

06 Completed
Add 40g of hot water to the extracted coffee, mix well with a spoon, and it's done!
