01 Preparation
Prepare 15g of coffee beans and grind them. The grind size for a French press is roughly the same as shown in the photo. Please note that grind sizes may vary depending on the grinder, so please use this as a reference.
Prepare hot water. The extraction temperature is 100°C. Prepare about twice the amount of hot water you will be pouring.

02 Add rinse and powder
Pour hot water into the appliance once to warm it up.
Please discard the hot water you poured.
After heating the equipment, add the coffee grounds to the French press.

03 Pouring
Set the timer and pour in the hot water.
Pour 250ml of hot water into the coffee maker all at once. After pouring, the coffee will separate into three layers: gas, coffee grounds, and liquid.
*The amount of gas varies depending on the beans and their condition. Wait in this state for 4 minutes.

04 Press
After 4 minutes, gently push down on the plunger to avoid spilling the coffee.

05 Completed
Once you've pushed the plunger all the way down, pour it into a cup and it's done. The taste will change depending on the temperature.
