Tips for enjoying delicious coffee

① Extract more than 500ml. ② Make sure the water temperature does not drop too much during extraction. ③ Drink it quickly to prevent it from oxidizing too much.

Coffee makers are designed to extract large amounts of coffee, so if you extract a small amount, the hot water may not be distributed evenly and the ingredients may not be extracted.
Adjusting the ratio of coffee beans to water to 1:16-16.6 makes it easier to extract delicious coffee.
Also, ingredients are more easily extracted if the water temperature is kept constant during extraction, so please check the water temperature.
Extracted coffee has already begun to oxidize, so we recommend drinking it immediately rather than leaving it on the warmer, or storing it in a thermos pot to avoid contact with air.

01 Preparation

Prepare 30g of coffee beans and grind them. The coffee maker grinds them to a medium grind, similar to the size shown in the photo. This will vary depending on the grinder, so please use this as a reference.

02 Set

Place the trapezoidal paper filter into the included dripper.
Place coffee grounds in the center of the paper filter, then shake gently to flatten it out.
(To ensure that the coffee powder comes into contact with the hot water evenly)

03 Extraction

Set the dripper, add the amount of water required for extraction up to the line, and press the switch to start extraction.

04 Completed

Once all the liquid has drained out of the dripper, it's done.
