Story
Carmo de Minas, in the southern part of Minas Gerais state, Brazil, is renowned for its bourbon varieties and is a crucial region for specialty coffee, having received high praise in numerous international competitions. Granjas San Francisco, located here, is a traditional farm that has been passed down through generations. Currently, Otaviano Ribeiro Seglia leads efforts to improve quality through plot-specific management and meticulous harvesting and processing.
This lot was awarded in the "Taste of Harvest 2025." It is a cup born from the dedication to quality by the producers of Carmo de Minas and the history of the farm.
