Rich, full-bodied notes reminiscent of dark chocolate unfold alongside the gentle, roasted sweetness of cocoa. A creamy, smooth mouthfeel rounds out the flavor, while the deep roast delivers a satisfying intensity and a robust finish.

Located at an altitude of 1,900 meters in Inzá, Cauca, southwestern Colombia, Los Palomos del Sur Farm is run by Robinson Pillimue, a member of the Pillimue family, known in the region for producing high-quality coffee.
Robinson gained experience working on his family’s farm from an early age, building his knowledge and skills in coffee cultivation. A Note from the Online Shop Manager This coffee has the rich, full-bodied character you’d expect from a dark roast, bringing to mind a bite of fondant au chocolat. What I especially liked was the gentle sweetness that lingers without an overly bitter aftertaste. For a dark roast, it’s surprisingly easy to drink. A cup to take your time with and enjoy slowly on a relaxing day. |
