メキシコ最南部に位置するチアパスにあるサン・ファン・デル・ベスビオ農園は、霧が多く、湿度の高い雲霧林にあり、2023年にはカップ・オブ・エクセレンスで入賞を果たしている農園です。標高1,500〜1,800mと高い場所に位置し、通常の収穫時期よりも遅い10〜4月に収穫されます。このロットはブルボン品種、ウォッシュトプロセスのコーヒーです。
